heyy..
finally 3day camp is over.think it really benefitted us alot though having admitted it wasnt as tough as i thought(except for the first day).
the stamina running part was tough.first day had to run 10 sets of suisides in 1min plus.cant rmb.out of all that was the worst of all.second day wasnt so bad.had to run 3 sets of 3rounds and 3sets of 5 rounds round the court in bout 45 secs and 1min 15secs.third day was sprinting before match and 16 laps of 3sets in 1min15secs.ahhhh..hope our stamina can make it now.
